User Support & Troubleshooting

  • Provide technical support for CRM and workflow-related issues.

Technical Skills

  • CRM Expertise: Proficiency in platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar CRM systems like GHL 
  • Workflow Automation: Hands-on experience with tools such as Zapier, Make (Integromat), Power Automate, etc.
  • Integration Skills: Ability to integrate third-party applications with CRM platforms.for example GHL to VBOUT
  • CRM Customization: Experience in configuring and customizing CRM fields, modules, and workflows.
  • Data Management: Strong skills in maintaining data accuracy, consistency, and cleanliness within CRMs.
  • Reporting & Dashboards: Ability to build custom reports and dashboards for tracking KPIs.
  • Technical Support: Capable of providing user support and troubleshooting workflow or CRM issues.
  • Performance Optimization: Knowledge of optimizing workflows for better scalability and performance.
  • Security & Compliance: Understanding of data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and CRM security best practices.
