Job Description

Lead Generation & Qualification

  • Research, identify, and connect with potential US clients through outbound calls and targeted email campaigns.
  • Respond promptly to inbound inquiries and understand client needs to provide tailored solutions.

Sales Presentations & Demos

  • Deliver impactful virtual presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Clearly communicate the value proposition of our products/services while addressing client challenges.

Sales Pipeline Management

  • Maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions and lead progress using CRM tools.
  • Monitor sales metrics and report daily/weekly activities to leadership.

Customer Relationship Building

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients through professional, consistent communication.
  • Follow up diligently with prospects to move them through the sales funnel.

Performance & Targets

  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions to sharpen sales skills and stay updated on product offerings.

Technical Skills

  • Excellent spoken and written English with a neutral or US accent.
  • 2–8 years of experience in remote sales, inside sales, or tele-sales, primarily targeting the US market.
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho.
  • Experience with outbound calling and handling the full sales cycle independently.
  • Experience in B2B or SaaS sales environments.
  • Familiarity with sales automation tools and lead generation platforms.
  • Knowledge of consultative or solution-based selling techniques.

Preferred Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
    (MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree is a plus.)
  • Proven success in a leadership role within a B2B or SaaS inside sales environment.
  • Formal training or certification in sales, leadership, or customer relationship management.
  • Familiarity with sales enablement tools, lead generation platforms, and analytics dashboards.
  • Knowledge of consultative, value-based, or solution selling methodologies.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment with international clients.
  • Experience working in a night shift or US-based client support/sales role.
