Job Description
Campaign Development & Execution:
- Design and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns to drive website traffic, leads, and conversions.
- Manage SEO, SEM (Google Ads, Bing), and paid media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) campaigns with a focus on ROI.
- Collaborate with content creators and designers to build compelling ad creatives and landing pages.
SEO & Content Strategy:
- Conduct keyword research, on-page optimization, and technical SEO audits to improve organic rankings.
- Oversee content marketing efforts, ensuring SEO-friendly blogs, articles, and web content are published regularly.
- Monitor and optimize backlink strategies and domain authority.
Analytics & Performance Optimization:
- Track and report key performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Data Studio.
- Perform A/B testing, conversion tracking, and performance analysis to drive continual improvement.
- Optimize campaigns based on CTR, CPC, CPA, and other KPIs to ensure maximum ROI.
Marketing Automation & Tools:
- Utilize CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Marketo) for nurturing and lead scoring.
- Integrate digital marketing efforts with email campaigns and lead management workflows.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with the sales and product teams to align marketing campaigns with business goals.
