In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensure project timelines are met, and maintain content quality and consistency. Job Description
Project Coordination & Management:
- Plan, execute, and monitor content projects from initiation to delivery.
- Ensure adherence to project scope, timelines, and quality standards.
Content Writing & Editing:
- Create, review, and edit SEO-optimized, engaging content for blogs, articles, websites, and social media.
- Ensure content aligns with brand voice, tone, and client guidelines.
Client Communication:
- Act as a point of contact for US clients, providing regular project updates.
- Address client feedback and implement revisions promptly.
Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain detailed project documentation, including timelines, deliverables, and revisions.
- Generate and present progress reports to internal teams and clients.
Quality Control:
- Conduct thorough proofreading and quality checks to ensure error-free content.
- Ensure consistent messaging, accuracy, and adherence to content standards.
Collaboration & Improvement:
- Identify process improvement opportunities and optimize content workflows.
- Work closely with the content and marketing teams to align project goals with business objectives.
Technical Skills
- 4-6 years of experience in content writing, editing, and project management.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple content projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com).
- Strong SEO knowledge and experience with content optimization strategies.
- Ability to work independently and handle US-based client interactions confidently.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualification
- Experience working with US clients or international content projects.
- Familiarity with content marketing strategies and analytics.
- Knowledge of content automation tools and AI-based writing platforms.
