Job Description

Project Coordination & Management:

• Plan, execute, and monitor content projects from initiation to delivery.
• Ensure adherence to project scope, timelines, and quality standards.

Content Writing & Editing:

• Create, review, and edit SEO-optimized, engaging content for blogs, articles, websites, and social media.
• Ensure content aligns with brand voice, tone, and client guidelines.

Client Communication:

• Act as a point of contact for US clients, providing regular project updates.
• Address client feedback and implement revisions promptly.

Documentation & Reporting:

• Maintain detailed project documentation, including timelines, deliverables, and revisions.
• Generate and present progress reports to internal teams and clients.

Quality Control:

• Conduct thorough proofreading and quality checks to ensure error-free content.
• Ensure consistent messaging, accuracy, and adherence to content standards.

Collaboration & Improvement:

• Identify process improvement opportunities and optimize content workflows.
• Work closely with the content and marketing teams to align project goals with business objectives.

Technical Skills

• 4-6 years of experience in content writing, editing, and project management.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple content projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com).
• Strong SEO knowledge and experience with content optimization strategies.
• Ability to work independently and handle US-based client interactions confidently.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualification

• Experience working with US clients or international content projects.
• Familiarity with content marketing strategies and analytics.
• Knowledge of content automation tools and AI-based writing platforms.
